Sensitive Data we may collect is the data required on HMRC’s form, ‘VAT reliefs for disabled people – eligibility declaration by a disabled person’ which includes name, address, description of disability, and details of the goods and services being provided by us. This data will be retained with our VAT records as long as required by HMRC. If you are disabled and eligible for VAT reliefs, our lawful ground for processing your sensitive data is legal obligation.
